Qualifications:

Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and staging raw ingredients to support daily production. Ensures compliance with quality, safety, and documentation standards. Forklift operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect inbound materials for quality and accuracy.

• Manage and supervise a team of administrative, technical and professional staff to perform duties professionally, effectively, and efficiently. As well as developing and growing the talents and abilities of said roles.
• Perform design and analysis functions for various structures
• Attend meetings with clients, jurisdictional agencies, other professionals and organizations
• Develop solutions to challenges presented by the client within budget, schedule and project constraints
• Issue reports, schedules, estimates of probable costs, responses to SOIs, RFPs
• Manage, administer and design structural projects and structural components of non-structural projects.
• Observe construction on site (As required) to comply with 1MR process.
• Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.
• Manages contractual commitments and coordinates consulting engineers including design, engineering, costs, quality, schedule, and field activities (If necessary)
• Maintains quality of work in accordance with the standards specified in the design documents.
• Reviews appropriate structural submittals to include rebar submittals, as well as concrete mix designs.
• Maintains effective communications and coordination between the company and the design engineer to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Work with AMS production team to develop more efficient, and streamlined detailing

• Valid Structural Engineering License (S.E.) in California
• Minimum of 10 years of project engineering and management experience
• Well versed in Federal, State and Local regulatory and permitting requirements.

• Performs general cleaning within the specific department assigned, including, but not limited to wiping down, blowing down, sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Helps to monitor and assist in operations in work area.
• Duties can also include assembling/reassembling bulk bins, stenciling, strapping & sealing, or taping boxes.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by Department Manager, Supervisor, or Shift Lead.

Overview:
Responsible for daily food sampling across three plants, ensuring timely communication to Operations, QA, and Product Release Teams. Supports production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform aseptic sampling for each production batch.
• Track sampling across multiple plants and report results promptly.
• Communicate with operations and address production changes.
• Report safety issues and observations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:
