• Safely and efficiently operate a lift truck in a high pace environment.
• Performs the movement, storage, and documentation of incoming materials and outgoing product.
• Safely and efficiently load and offload flatbed trailers of wood field boxes; stack field boxes 4-high.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by manager, supervisor/team lead, or department lead.

• Ability to work non-traditional work weeks, hours and shifts required i.e.
• Must have good communication skills to understand and take directions and work with others while performing their duties.
• Must have CA Driver’s License and clean MVR
• High school diploma or GED

Ideal schedule is 6am-2:30pm. Must be available to work overtime and weekends. This is a 2-4 month assignment.

• Possess detailed and specific knowledge of assigned work area while adhering to pre-established guidelines and procedures.

• Must have knowledge and experience with Engineering Drawings
• Provide direction and guidance to Engineering team for standard projects as well as bid specification projects in areas of Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Plumbing.
• Coordinate project and drawings with customer and architect as it relates to a sales order/bid, and site drawings. To include progress meetings prior to approvals, DSA appointments and site meetings during construction phase.
• Assist Architect of Record in submitting and obtaining DSA approvals
• Purchasing – Ensure materials are identified and ordered in order to meet production schedule
• Estimating – Coordinate pricing from estimating for proposed change orders
• Production – Manage and review drawings. Ensure project is built per contract and contract documents.
• Field – Provide technical support to field installation crews
• Maintain internal project schedule.
• Understand and utilize code.
• Check plans for code and project specific requirements.

• Associates degree/Trade VOC School in related field AND minimum 3 years of experience
• Minimum 1 year in supervisory position (3-5 people).
• 2 years developing production drawings from standard components
• 5 years in design and construction industry
• Basic AutoCAD skills (Open, Edit, and Plot
• 2 years Field construction experience a plus.

Our client is looking for a housekeeper to work in an upscale  community property. As a housekeeper you will be ensuring the properties are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. The client provides excellent benefits and a steady schedule and no weekend work. 

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 4:15 pm
Pay: $20.50/hr
