Weighing and sorting grapes and performing regular daily pump overs during fermentation. Other duties will include barrel filling and cellar organization. It is essential to handle all winery chemicals and additives properly along with following all safety procedures. You will be required to perform all other duties needed.

• Team leader, ability to direct team members to achieve established production standards
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds

• A minimum of 6 months experience working in a production or other fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work various shifts and overtime as needed

The Bottling Line Worker performs general production work and may rotate between dumping stations, foiling stations, packing stations, stacking station and bottling line. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily vineyard operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met
• Partner closely with vineyard leadership to execute operational goals and priorities
• Coordinate and oversee field activities, including labor crews and third-party contractors
• Assist with scheduling, resource planning, and monitoring vineyard block performance
• Implement and support viticulture practices aligned with production goals
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) standards
