This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide frontline teams, support troubleshooting efforts, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the bottling function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily bottling operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met
- Supervise and support bottling staff, including scheduling, training, and performance development
- Act as the primary point of support for equipment performance and troubleshooting on the line
- Coordinate changeovers and production runs across multiple bottle sizes and packaging types
- Monitor production metrics and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
- Ensure materials and consumables are properly managed to support uninterrupted production flow
- Partner with leadership on operational planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and food production standards
- 5+ years of experience in bottling, packaging, or high-speed production environments
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to support equipment troubleshooting and changeovers
- Familiarity with production metrics, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices
- Experience in food, beverage, or winery operations a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
