Looking to gain hands-on experience in the wine industry during one of the most exciting times of the year? We’re hiring for a variety of seasonal harvest roles at wineries across Sonoma and Napa Counties for the 2025 vintage.

Whether you're starting your career or seeking short-term, rewarding work in wine country, this is a great opportunity to build practical skills and make industry connections during harvest season.

Available Positions

We’re recruiting for winery-based roles in both production and hospitality, including:

• Cellar Workers

• Barrel Maintenance 

• Grape Sorting 

• Lab Technicians / Sampling Techs

• Scale Operators

• Forklift Operators

• Tasting Room Hospitality Staff

• General Harvest Support Staff

Pay Range

• $18.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on position, experience, and location.

Location

• All positions are based at winery facilities in Sonoma and Napa Counties.

Schedule & Commitment

• Harvest Season: Mid-August through late October or November (depending on role and vintage timing).

• Shifts: 8–12 hours per day, with flexibility to work up to 6 days a week, including weekends and overtime as needed.
