Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques based on material type, thickness, and application.
• Perform MIG and flux core welding on stainless steel and aluminum components with precision and accuracy.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures, parts, and components using various fabrication techniques and tools.
• Inspect welded assemblies for quality and integrity, making necessary adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Follow established procedures for welding, fabrication, and quality control, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in welding preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Welder/Fabricator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Proficiency in MIG and flux core welding of stainless steel and aluminum.
• Experience with TIG welding and other welding processes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of welding symbols, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Ability to operate and maintain welding equipment, including welders, torches, and related tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality welds with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
