What you’ll do:Â
 As a Weigh Out Technician you will maintain a swift and precise weigh out process to support the production department by maintaining accurate product/batch records, Inventory, checking formulas weight out, monitor production process for quality and standard specifications.  This  is a manufacturing business that develops a variety of food seasonings, spices, and dietary supplements.

Schedule: FULL TIME – Monday- Friday (6am-2:30pm)
Pay: $ 17-$19 DOE

Top responsibilities:Â
- Accurate Record documentation that include, raw material used, inventory, product information, formulas and product batches.
- Stage product for processing to ensure quick change over between production batches.
- Formula and batch weigh out.
- Monitor production process for quality and conformance standards.
- Â
- Good organization, math, written and oral communication.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Detailed oriented and great interpersonal skills. Â
- Must have production, batch making or weigh out experience.
- Must adhere to all safety rules.Â
- Self-motivated, reliable, has an optimistic attitude and contributes to a positive team culture.Â
- Physically inclined and must be able to lift 50lb.
- Eager to learn and grow.
