Warehouse Team Lead (Warehouse III)
Location: Napa, CA
Pay : $23.00 – $24.00 per hour
Full-time | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
We are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to support and oversee teams executing order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team in order fulfillment, including picking, consolidating, checking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders
Transport inventory using tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies
Organize products and maintain an efficient warehouse layout
Perform quality inspections on outgoing shipments
Provide feedback and coaching to team members
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
What Makes You a Great Fit?
1-2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting
4+ years of warehouse experience
Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods
Strong math skills and ability to read/write/speak English
Scan gun experience is a plus!
Forklift experience preferred
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Prolonged standing and walking
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
