Warehouse Lead – Fairfield, CA
Pay: $24–$25/hour
Schedule: Full-time | Morning Shift

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in Fairfield. This role is responsible for coordinating team activities, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations and assign tasks to team members
• Oversee shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and verifying incoming materials
• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and distribution of products
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and tracking systems
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Train and support warehouse staff on procedures, safety, and best practices
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding shipments, discrepancies, or damages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Forklift and reach truck experience required (certification preferred)
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented with strong communication skills
• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
