Location: Petaluma, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $28 - $32 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support warehouse operations in Petaluma. This position combines administrative and inventory responsibilities with regular activity on the warehouse floor.
The Warehouse Systems Coordinator will help ensure outbound orders, inventory movements, lot information, and shipment records are accurate and completed on time. The ideal candidate has experience with warehouse administration, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or order fulfillment and is comfortable working with ERP and inventory management systems.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support warehouse operations in Petaluma. This position combines administrative and inventory responsibilities with regular activity on the warehouse floor.
The Warehouse Systems Coordinator will help ensure outbound orders, inventory movements, lot information, and shipment records are accurate and completed on time. The ideal candidate has experience with warehouse administration, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or order fulfillment and is comfortable working with ERP and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit picked outbound orders before shipment.
- Compare physical orders with information in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Verify product numbers, descriptions, quantities, lot numbers, and shipping requirements.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or damaged products.
- Communicate discrepancies to warehouse leads and supervisors for correction.
- Enter and verify lot numbers for outbound orders.
- Post completed shipments in Business Central in real time.
- Review open orders, transfers, and incomplete warehouse transactions.
- Follow up on orders that are staged or loaded but not completed in the system.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Verify transfers between production and warehouse locations.
- Research differences between physical inventory and system records.
- Document recurring inventory, order, lot, and system issues.
- Help maintain warehouse checklists, procedures, and reports.
- Work closely with warehouse associates, supervisors, drivers, logistics, inventory, and administrative teams.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, logistics, or order fulfillment.
- Experience using an ERP, warehouse, inventory, or order management system. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is preferred.
- General proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify differences between physical inventory and system records.
- Familiarity with order auditing, shipment processing, cycle counts, lot-controlled inventory, and inventory reconciliation is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working between an administrative setting and the warehouse floor, including refrigerated areas and areas with active forklift traffic.
- Experience in food manufacturing, dairy, cold storage, or another regulated warehouse environment is helpful.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are helpful but not required.
