Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Job Summary

Primary job responsibilities are to Ship-Receive and stock parts and equipment. Enter, process, and ship orders. Assist customers via telephone, e-mail, or walk-in and provide excellent customer service at the Service Counter.

Activities and Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Primary

• Pick, pack, and process orders. Do so manually and with wireless and/or desktop computer
• Receive incoming shipments by sorting physical merchandise and entering them into the computer
• Stock all items on the shelf or in staged orders
• Operate forklift and order picker to load or unload trucks, or to stock shelves and move merchandise
• Ship orders using FedEx, UPS, GSO, England Transportation platforms
• Greet customers at the service counter
• Fulfill service counter sales, will calls, and phone orders
• Participate in daily cycle counts and the overall accuracy of inventory
• Create and maintain customer relationships
• Other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned by manager in support of SHC’s business objectives.

Supplementary

• Customer service and support of outside salespeople customer needs
• Contributes to warehouse cleanliness and overall organization
• Minor repairs as assigned throughout the facility
• Assist in training of new employees

Minimum Qualifications

Experience

• 1-2 years experience in fuel system product/industry knowledge helpful
• Experience in warehouse sales and customer service
• Experience in forklift operation
