Warehouse Associate - Day Shift
Location: Petaluma, CA
We are currently hiring a Warehouse Associate on day shift with a busy warehouse team in Petaluma. This is are long-term temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential for dependable candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Schedule/Pay:Â
Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
$20/hour with increase to $22/hour upon conversion
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks and deliveries
- Support shipping and receiving operations
- Assist with inventory counts and product transfers
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate records
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse, cooler, and freezer areas
- Follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety procedures at all times
- Support overall warehouse and production operations as needed
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required
- Must have a clean driving record (MVR required)
- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Experience operating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, or Excel preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed
