Temporary Administrative Coordinator

Hourly Rate: $15-18 DOE

Our client is seeking an Temporary Administrative Coordinator to support a local medical clinic. You will be responsible for coordinating the ordering, receipt & reconciling of all non-clinical supplies. You will maintain supply inventory, use various computer programs, maintain up-to-date supply lists, accurately code supplies, and deal directly with customers & vendors.

You re able to work Mon-Fri, 8:00 am 5:00 pm. This is a temp positions to cover maternity leave.

You re good at:

  • 2-4 years of purchasing, receiving, or inventory experience, PLUS

  • High School graduate

  • Energetic and Ethical person
