What will you do:
Do you have vast experience as a Tax Preparer? Have you processed personal, partnership, S Corp, C Corp, trust, and estate tax returns? Then this may be a great fit for you! As a Tax Preparer you will work during tax season to gather tax information and prepare taxes.
Tax Preparer Top responsibilities:

Gather tax information from business owners and families to provide tax return services

Apply knowledge on tax law and regulations to minimize tax liability

Assist those who owe taxes in arrangement payment schedules

Remain up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations
Tax Preparer Skills and requirements:
-
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required
-
Certification as an Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required

Proficiency in navigating tax software, particularly Lacerte
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
-
Experience preparing Form 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC
Compensation: $31.25 - $38.46 per hour, depending on experience
