Seasonal Grape Sorter – Harvest 2025
Windsor, CA
$19/hour
Approximately September 1st – October
6 days/week, 8–10-hour shifts, start time between 9 AM–11 AM
Join our team for the 2025 grape harvest season! We’re seeking motivated Seasonal Grape Sorters to assist with grape processing and general cellar operations. As a sorter, you will inspect grapes on a conveyor belt, removing unripe, damaged fruit, leaves, and debris—ensuring only the best grapes continue on to winemaking.
This position also supports general winery tasks including sanitation, equipment cleaning, and barrel maintenance. It’s a hands-on role requiring stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sort grapes on conveyor belt, removing defective grapes, leaves, and stems
- Wash bins and equipment using power washer
- Assist with basic cellar tasks including:
- Tank, hose, and pump sanitation
- Barrel cleaning and maintenance
- General cellar cleanup and organization
- Rotate between functions as needed
- Follow all safety, quality, and sanitation procedures
- Participate in daily setup and end-of-day cleanup
- Other duties as assigned by the Cellar Master
Requirements:- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable standing on feet for 8–10 hours per shift
- Able to work 6 days per week with a flexible schedule
- Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Awesome):- 6+ months of experience in winery, production, agriculture, or similar work
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
