  • Work primary Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5pm.

As a leading member of the Marketing Operations team, you’ll drive brand awareness, increased revenue, and engagement through ownership of social media management. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, brand sentiment, and promote brand awareness. The Social Media Manager will have outstanding multi-tasking skills to handle all our organic social media accounts in a cohesive manner with an emphasis on YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a creative way of thinking and presenting our brand through multiple social media channels. Ultimately, the goal of the position is to scale our owned channels and ensure our social presence is aligned with our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer all company social media accounts and ensure up to date on trend content
  • Audit our current process and creative/editorial direction – provide feedback and recommendations
  • Manage and oversee social process in collaboration
  • Lead monthly brainstorms and contribute to monthly content ideation
  • Build monthly calendar one month in advance (including choosing content ideas from brainstorm)
  • Create development plans for online content based on user needs and marketing goals; identify content gaps and make recommendations
  • Design social media strategies and benchmarks to achieve marketing targets
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
  • Organize and join relevant meet ups, events, and have a relevant online presence
  • Gradually achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap
  • Employ creative research techniques to understand and analyze online data; provide insight about significant online conversations
  • Partner with writers and designers to ensure content is informative, relevant and eye catching
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to create exciting and informative social ‘buzz’ regarding upcoming launches, events, and services
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and recommend content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
  • Train internal branch teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
  • Stay current with social media best practices and new digital technologies
  • Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels, and technologies; provide recommendations as far as leveraging new tools and services
  • Conduct competitive site analysis and benchmarking in content breadth, organization, and presentation
  • Monitor and analyze online media and other relevant digital communication channels
  • Compile data across several social media platforms and create monthly and weekly reports
  • Track progress, execution, and consistency of social advertising campaigns
  • Manage and run future podcasts

Qualifications:

  • MUST have YouTube Experience
  • Paid Advertising experience required (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google)
  • Experience in video creation
  • Digitally native social first content creator
  • 3+ years creating for brands in social space
  • High level of initiative and positive approach
  • Ability to create and revise projects quickly
  • Strong oral and written business communication skills
  • Passionate about all things social
  • Bilingual / Spanish – A HUGE PLUS!
Salary Range: $70k - $90K DOE
