  • Work primary Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5pm.
  • Role may be remote (or hybrid if desired and close to one of our offices)
  • Candidates should be located in Northern California (Sonoma, Marin, Napa, Solano, Sacramento, San Joaquin or Stanislaus counties )

What you will do:
Your job will include daily postings of fun videos, promoting jobs and career advice responding to employees, prospects, and customers online, promoting our mobile app, and so much more.

Top responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing online events like job fairs and career talks
  • Developing relationships with local high schools and colleges to promote the brand and attract new employees
  • Building social campaigns, creating posts and content to recruit new hires and gain new clients
  • Improving strategies to increase followers and engagement
  • Running and analyzing reports

Skills and requirements:

  • 2 years of social media experience in a business setting
  • Speaking Spanish—requirement
  • Excellent skills in photography, video editing and content creating
  • Publisher, PowerPoint, or similar
  • Can create and conduct engaging presentations to leadership, managers, and new hires
  • Self-starting, can work independently
