Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a background in Property Management and Human Services and/or Social Services. This role requires strong communication and close collaboration with the on-site service provider (WCCS).
The ideal candidate has experience working in Affordable Housing, preferably Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH).
Schedule:8:30AM-5:00pm
Monday - Friday
Pay- $25+ DOE
Key Responsibilities
The Site Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the property, including but not limited to:
Property & Operations Management

Oversee building operations, resident relations, customer service, and property appearance

Conduct property walks at least twice daily (rotating with Lead Desk Clerk)

Ensure vacant units are secured, turned over promptly, and ready for occupancy

Coordinate maintenance priorities and supervise on-site maintenance staff

Monitor vendor performance and timeliness
Leasing & Compliance

Review applications, determine eligibility, and maintain the waitlist

Show units and implement strategies to reduce vacancy loss

Process move-ins, leases, and related paperwork in accordance with program guidelines

Ensure compliance with TCAC, CHFA, HUD, Homekey, NPLH, and Fair Housing regulations

Complete annual recertifications (if applicable) and required compliance reports
Financial & Administrative Duties

Collect rent and security deposits and submit to Accounting

Assist with preparation of the annual property budget in collaboration with the Regional Manager

Maintain accurate tenant files and incident documentation

Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and regulatory reports on time
Collaboration & Resident Support

Work closely with WCCS and other partner agencies to support housing stability

Attend regular coordination meetings with service providers

Investigate and resolve resident complaints promptly and professionally

Collaborate with Resident Services to promote long-term housing retention
Preferred Qualifications
-
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
-
2+ years of Affordable Housing experience (Tax Credit and PSH strongly preferred)

Knowledge of general ledgers and budgeting
-
Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and local housing regulations
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager experience preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to balance empathy with consistent enforcement of policies and lease agreements
