• Provide pick tickets to load out crew for loading.
• Process and post paperwork in SAP & Dax.
• Obtain necessary signatures to complete paperwork.
• Check in and out drivers as required.
• Manage aging finished goods for liquidate and donation orders.
• Verify completion of daily orders.
• Receive finished goods from other facilities.
• Manage restocking of pick locations.
• Create paperwork for modular pallets.
• Manage past due open inbounds and outbound shipments.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous office or clerical experience.
• Ability to understand written instructions and office documents.
• Strong math and telephone skills.
• Proficient in using office equipment, including computers.
• Positive service attitude.

Work Environment: This role operates in a clerical office setting using standard office equipment.

Physical Demands: Primarily sedentary, with occasional filing and lifting up to 40 lbs.
