Star Staffing is seeking an experienced day shift Shipping Associate for a well-known, local manufacturing company!
Shift: Sun-Thurs 7am-3:30pm $18.00hr

Shift: Sun-Thurs 7am-3:30pm $18.00hr
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Organization of products between department shipping and warehouse stock.
- Obtain and process product orders, including registering them and distributing packages.
- Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis.
- Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.
- Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary.
- Regularly and repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout a shift.
- Effectively communicate with other employees to accomplish all assigned job requirements.
- Ability to scoop, lift, crouch and bend to handle all job requirements.
- Ability to balance in order to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling when standing, lifting, crouching or bending in all areas.
- Accurately compare, read, and record identification numbers up to “26” alpha and numeric series.
- English, reading, and math skills sufficient to perform job duties, such as, identifying part and packaging numbers.
- Simultaneously work on several assignments with accurate results.
- Ability to work in a variety of climates, ranging from indoor to outdoor environment.
- Daily attendance that is both regular and timely with overtime as assigned on a regular and consistent basis.
- Flexibility in schedule to work Saturdays and overtime if needed.
- Ability to maintain good employee relations by acting courteously and amicably toward other co-workers.
