What you’ll do:

Provide onsite support to our client by working closely with an Accounting Department

Top responsibilities:

• Exceptional Bookkeeping/Accounting (GAAP) experience

• Ability to communicate effectively with people of various backgrounds displaying exceptional customer service

• Able to work independently/resourcefully

You’re good at:

• 2-3 years of Accounting Experience required
  AR, billing, reconciliations

• Expert in MS Office Suite to include Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills

• Experienced in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting (month end journal entries)

• Providing administrative support and working closely with Executive Staff

Ideal schedule is Monday thru Friday from 8:30am – 5pm
