Seasonal Outdoor Production Associate-Sacramento, CA
Star Staffing is seeking a Production Associate to support the Receiving Department in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This seasonal position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and working outdoors.
Pay: $21.70 day
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM 6 days a week
(must be available for overtime and weekends)
Assignment Length: 3–4 months

What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily receiving operations and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed understanding of your assigned work area and follow established procedures and guidelines.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping down equipment, and blowing down work areas.
- Monitor and assist with daily operations within the assigned department.
- Assemble and reassemble bulk bins as needed.
- Monitor product flow and support receiving operations.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned to support department needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to work non-traditional schedules, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally climb stairs and ladders.
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to work safely in outdoor conditions and varying weather environments.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:
- Outdoor agricultural work environments
- Almond, nut, or food processing facilities
- Agricultural receiving stations or harvest operations
- Production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
- Seasonal agricultural operations
Schedule & Pay
Schedule: : 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM 6 days a week
Overtime and weekend work required as needed
Pay Rate: $21.70 day
