We are seeking an Almond Receiving Operator to support the Receiving Department in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in almond or nut processing, receiving stations, or agricultural operations.
Position Overview
- Pay: $24.80/hour
- Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (must be available for overtime and weekends)
- Type: Seasonal assignment

What You’ll Do
Do you enjoy hands-on, physical work in a fast-moving environment? As an Almond Receiving Operator, you will play a key role in supporting receiving and processing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multiple functions supporting bulk almond receiving, transfer, and drying operations
- Monitor bulk piles and holding bin levels
- Participate in receiving, storing, manifesting, and processing of box deliveries
- Operate forklifts and yard trucks safely and efficiently
- Support overall receiving department operations as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, shifts, and overtime as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions and work collaboratively
- Valid California Driver’s License with a clean MVR
- High school diploma or GED required
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing repetitive physical tasks
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in the following are strongly encouraged to apply:
- Almond or nut processing facilities
- Receiving stations or agricultural receiving operations
- Bulk product handling, drying, or storage environments
- Forklift and yard truck operation in industrial or agricultural settings
