Location: Petaluma, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (On-site)
Compensation: $20-$22/hr DOE

Our client in Petaluma is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Sales Support Assistant to join their growing team. This role offers hands-on experience with IT products, strong career growth opportunities, and excellent benefits upon conversion.
What You’ll Do
- Support Account Managers by preparing quotes and sourcing computer hardware, software, and related products.
- Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and customers via phone and email.
- Research IT products and solutions to support ongoing sales needs.
- Manage sales-related tasks including customer follow-up, product sourcing, and account research.
- Provide exceptional customer service while juggling multiple priorities.
- Perform additional administrative and sales support tasks as needed.
- 1year + of sales, customer service and clerical experience (wireless retail or phone-based customer service preferred).
- Familiarity or interest in computer hardware, software, and IT products.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Tech-savvy mindset and interest in IT solutions.
