Account Manager (IT Sales)- Direct Hire
Location: Petaluma, CA (On-site)
Compensation: $35/hour + commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a motivated Account Managers to join a growing sales team in Petaluma. This role focuses on managing existing client relationships while driving new business opportunities in a B2B environment. You will be working with corporate and government clients, providing hardware and software solutions to meet their needs.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Prospect and cold call to generate new business opportunities
- Identify client needs and recommend IT products and solutions
- Prepare quotes, respond to bids, and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Build relationships with corporate and government clients
- Partner with manufacturers and distributors to source products
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably inside sales or B2B
- Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with IT sales or selling hardware/software solutions
- Experience working with corporate, education, or government accounts
- Technical familiarity with IT products, solutions, and related technologies
