We are in search of a Sales Assistant/Coordinator to support a local professional business in Sonoma.
Schedule is M-F 8 am to 5 pmÂ
Pay is $25+ DOE

What you’ll do:
Answer multiple phone lines, transfer calls, take messages. Assist external and internal customers. Support sales team.

- Receive incoming calls in a timely manner with extreme attention to the customer experience
- Entering orders efficiently and accurately
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Computer savvy and ability to learn new systems

MUST HAVE Previous Admin/Receptionist experience and multi line phone experience.Â
