Pay: $26.00-$28.00/HR D.O.E
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
 Our client is seeking a Lease/Sales Administrator to join their team. As a sales administrator, you are the connecting piece between the customer and the salesperson by receiving and processing sales orders. Â

 Our client is seeking a Lease/Sales Administrator to join their team. As a sales administrator, you are the connecting piece between the customer and the salesperson by receiving and processing sales orders. Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for sales representatives
- Work with leasing companies to obtain buyout and approvals.
- Assist sales reps with leasing questions, acts as a liaison between the leasing company and sales reps.
- Collect, Compile, and process all paperwork for demos, leases, and sales.
- Prepare equipment movement forms for cash and lease deals.
- Be familiar with equipment and its configuration to prepare equipment movement & availability.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Complete accurate paperwork and/or electronic documentation
- Interact with team members.
- Minimum 1 years of related experience
- Microsoft office experience is a must.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measures
- Excellent communication skills
