Inventory and Returns Clerk 
Napa, CA
Paying $20 to $23 DOE 
Schedule: Monday thru Friday

We are looking for an experienced Inventory and Returns Clerk for our client Napa. This person will process all inbound customer returns. Communicate with customer service via email to resolve RA issues. Return all customer returns to stock and perform monthly cycle counts.  

Duties & Responsibilities:
 

• Conduct cycle counts for all finished goods items.
• Receive in customer returns. 
• Receiving in advanced carton and input weights and dims
• Pick order when above tasks are completed, or business dictates the need.
• Put away customer and advance carton receipts.
• Other job duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP, Outlook and Google. 
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience Inventory and Cycle counting exp. 
• Ability to understand safety requirements and cautions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with people from various backgrounds.
