Schedule: 5 day work week, including weekends

- Interfaces with retail customers and must be able to operate cash registers, handle money and handle material of various weights and dimensions.  Â
- Partners with Line Leaders to understand business objectives; recommend approaches and practices to align workforce with the achievement of company goals.Â
- Handles material to include packing product into containers, sealing containers, and conducting clean-up as required.  Â
- Stocks shelves with product; sorts, weighs, labels, and package merchandise.Â
- Provide customer service to include providing information and assisting customers with purchase.Â
- Engages in minor maintenance and housekeeping of the Grower Store.Â
- Maintains product quality by recognizing and understanding customer specifications, defective product, packets and/or packaging.  Â

- 1 year of retail/customer service experience.Â
