Direct Hire Opportunity
Location: Santa Rosa
Salary: $64,500 - $80,000 (DOE)

• Order Fulfillment – 50% (Core Recruiting Function):  Full cycle recruiting, job intake, sourcing strategy, candidate evaluation, submissions, placements, and redeployment
• Account Management – 20%:  Client relationship management, employee performance oversight, service delivery, and compliance
• Account Growth – 20%:  Revenue expansion through workforce solutions and strategic client engagement

• Lead and execute all recruiting activities, ensuring strong pipelines, timely fulfillment, and high quality placements
• Conduct detailed job intakes and develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned with client needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, providing guidance, insights, and escalation support
• Drive revenue and gross profit through effective fulfillment, retention, and redeployment strategies
• Facilitate ongoing client communication, including check ins, performance reviews, and workforce planning discussions
• Collaborate with Area Leadership on branch staffing needs and long term recruiting strategy
• Manage candidate screening, placement approvals, and safety compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate placement data and monitor recruiting and operational performance metrics
• Support HR related decisions, including hiring, corrective action, leaves, and terminations in accordance with labor laws
• Conduct client site visits, safety walkthroughs, and workforce evaluations as needed

• 5+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management, with demonstrated success in high volume recruiting
• Strong B2B and client facing communication skills
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and relationship building abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
• Ability to travel locally; clean DMV record required
