About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-paced corporate recruitment team. This individual will play a critical role in helping streamline the hiring process and ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment and is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule up to 30+ interviews per week across multiple departments and leaders
- Communicate with hiring managers to confirm availability and secure interview times
- Maintain regular email and calendar communication to ensure timely scheduling and updates
- Assist with administrative tasks such as posting job announcements, processing reference checks, and supporting onboarding
- Work closely with and support the lead recruiter and corporate recruiting team
- Stay agile in a changing environment, assisting different teams as needs evolve
- Help maintain accurate tracking of candidates and status updates in the ATS
- Proven experience in recruiting coordination, HR assistant, or administrative support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple calendars and coordinating with leaders across different functions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Flexible and responsive, with a willingness to jump in and support where needed
- Experience with high-volume recruiting or scheduling
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Background in supporting remote or distributed teams
