We re seeking a highly skilled recruiter to perform corporate recruiting and training. You will be responsible for recruiting highly skilled professionals to work within our fast growing company. This role has high visibility within the business. Top initiatives:

  • Source, screen, and hire the very best talent targeting specific individuals and build pipeline

  • Deliver training to all company employees including new employee orientation, role specific general training and ongoing continuing education needs.

  • Network with active and passive external talent to build a proactive talent pipeline.

  • Build a reputable brand as the place to work at

  • Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job postings

  • Conduct group on-boarding classes and select mentors for each employee based on branch and position.

General Responsibilities:

  • Assist with on-boarding of new staff employees.

  • Conduct training of new staff employees for clean files, safety reporting, background investigations, E-Verify.

  • Assist with the creation of training manuals, HR materials.

  • Perform data entry and generate data reports including processing of employee-related actions.

Must be experienced at:

  • Administrative and Professional Recruitment

  • Passive candidate generation

  • Candidate relationship management

  • Talent assessment

  • Negotiation and closing

  • Critical thinking

  • Networking

  • Previous training and development experience

Other Required Experience:

  • 2 years of recruiting experience in administrative or professional positions

  • 2- 4 years experience or an equivalent combinations of education and related experience.

  • Knowledge of Basic Human Resources functions and procedures.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

  • Exercise good judgment and confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information, records and reports.

  • Great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
