Hourly Rate: $16 - 18 DOE
Our client is seeking a Receptionist to support a local computer store. You will be using your professional attitude and appearance to be the first point of contact with our customers. You will be sitting at the front desk answering a multi-line phone system, transferring calls, taking messages, and meeting and greeting people. Other responsibilities include filing, processing in-coming mail, doing data entry, checking invoices for accuracy, and other general office duties as needed.
You re able to work Mon-Fri, 8:15 am 5:15 pm
You re good at:
2+ Years of receptionist experience with a multi-line phone system
Pleasant and professional phone manner
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Strong filing experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Great attention to detail
