What you’ll do: 

Provide onsite support to our client by working as a Receptionist

Top responsibilities: 

  • Answering all calls, screen calls and route to appropriate person 

  • Greet walk-in customers and direct to appropriate location 

  • Filing documents
  • Enter data into Excel spreadsheets 
You’re good at: 
  • Customer Service , Self- motivated and able to work independently    

  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills  

  • Familiar or proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Minimum of 1+ years if experience in customer service or a receptionist role 
  • Dependability is a must- reliable to work assigned schedule


Ideal schedule is Monday thru Friday from 8am – 5 pm  
Long term with potential of temp to hire for the right candiate!
Pay: $18-20 DOE
