Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Greet and assist customers over the phone and via email with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
• Schedule appointments and coordinate dispatching
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately
• Perform general administrative and office support duties
• Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and common office software
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Quick learner who enjoys taking initiative
• Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
