Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and staging raw ingredients to support daily production. Ensures compliance with quality, safety, and documentation standards. Forklift operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect inbound materials for quality and accuracy.

• Maintain and distribute required documentation to meet regulatory and internal standards.

• Coordinate direct material movements across production plants.

• Stage materials in advance for upcoming production runs.

• Operate forklift and hand truck safely; complete daily equipment inspections.

• Prioritize safety and food safety by adhering to all policies, wearing proper PPE, and reporting concerns.

• Communicate professionally with internal and external partners.

• Support continuous improvement and long-term vendor relationships.

• Maintain strong organizational skills and meet deadlines.

• Follow SOPs and participate in root cause analysis for food safety or sanitation issues.
