Seasonal Outdoor Receiving Attendant Trainee
Ballico, CA
We are in search of a Receiving Attendant Trainee to support the Ballico site. As a Receiving Attendant Trainee, you will perform essential functions in a receiving site.
Ideal schedule is 7am-3:30pm. Must be available to work overtime and weekends. This is a 2-4 month assignment.
Compensation: $18.50

Receiving Attendant Trainee Top responsibilities:
- Learns to perform assigned duties to ensure the continuous workflow of receiving almonds during their assigned shift.
- Must learn a variety of duties including, but not limited to weighing almond deliveries, testing almonds for quality when instructed, enter Bar-code information, pull grower samples, cleaning, sweeping, and sterilizing equipment, keep the yard & facility clean, loading trucks, unloading trucks, shipping trucks, processing necessary paperwork, and carrying out all assigned duties in an efficient manner.
- Must learn to use good customer services skills when interacting with all entities including, but not limited to: growers, huller men, truckers, other employees.
- Ability to work non-traditional work weeks, hours and shifts required i.e.
- Must have good communication skills to understand and take directions and work with others while performing their duties.
- Must have a basic knowledge of math
- You must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Compensation: $18.50
