Job Summary: Responsible for inspecting production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Communicates results and maintains documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect production in Molding, including receiving, start-ups, assembly, and completed production
• Conduct first-run inspections and communicate results
• Perform periodic in-process inspections
• Dimensionally and visually inspect parts and assemblies
• Maintain quality inspection documentation
• Assist in communicating quality standards
• Perform other assigned duties

Experience/Skills:

• Minimum one year manufacturing experience
• Ability to read instructions independently
• Attention to detail in quality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Previous plastic injection molding and/or quality control experience preferred
• Experience in GMP compliance preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to manipulate products with fine, repetitive finger movements
• Capable of repetitive motions for extended periods
• Visual and manual identification of product defects
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Various repetitive physical movements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on different surfaces
