Quality Assurance Technicians (Temp to hire)
Location: Rohnert Park, CA
Compensation: $22-$24 per hour DOE
Work schedule:Â M-F 2pm-10:30pm available for OT and Sat as needed.
We are in search of a Quality Assurance Technician. As a QA Technician, you will perform product and process inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with GMPs, product specifications, and company quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Perform audits, inspections, and in-process verifications to ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and product specifications.
- Conduct environmental monitoring activities, including swabbing, sanitation checks, and filler line audits.
- Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to production staff to improve product quality and resolve issues.
- Submit samples for analytical and microbial testing while verifying results meet specifications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying risks, recommending solutions, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Experience managing QA programs and/or processes in food production or processing.
- Experience working with inspectors/auditors and certifying agencies (organic, kosher, non-GMO).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using smart technology/Apple products (RedZone platform).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict timelines.
- Preferred: Background in food manufacturing, food science, or a related field.
