Project Manager – Commercial Electric

Livermore, CA

We are in search of a Project Manager for our Livermore location. Our client’s company has been in business for close to one hundred years and is a premier employer in the East Bay.  As a Project Manager you will be in charge of project budgets, scheduling and making sure projects stay on track. You will manage multiple projects in the area ranging up to 15mm. This role involves leading a project team, ensuring project delivery within budget and schedule, and fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Ideal schedule: Monday- Friday 7am to 3:30

 Top responsibilities:

• Create and Manage project budgets

• Procure subcontractors, based on predetermined requirements, to manage through completion of construction.

• Collaborates with the pre-construction team to prepare, review and monitor information and reports related to all costs involved in developing the budget for the project.

• Manage subcontractor relationship, which includes, but not limited to, initial scope and proposal review, developing final proposal based upon agreed scope of work.

Skills and requirements:

• Thorough understanding of electrical construction, contracts, and terminology.

• Able to use software like Procore, Microsoft Project and Blue Beam

• Ability to self-sufficiently price up change orders and work with project schedules

Compensation: $91,000-128,000 plus bonuses
