Project Manager – Commercial Electric

Livermore, CA

We are in search of a Project Manager for our Livermore location. Our client’s company has been in business for close to one hundred years and is a premier employer in the East Bay.  As a Project Manager you will be in charge of project budgets, scheduling and making sure projects stay on track. You will manage multiple projects in the area ranging up to $15m. This role involves leading a project team, ensuring project delivery within budget and schedule, and fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Ideal schedule: Monday- Friday 7am to 3:30 p

 Top responsibilities:

• Create and Manage project budgets

• Procure subcontractors, based on predetermined requirements, to manage through completion of construction.

• Collaborates with the pre-construction team to prepare, review and monitor information and reports related to all costs involved in developing the budget for the project.

• Manage subcontractor relationship, which includes, but not limited to, initial scope and proposal review, developing final proposal based upon agreed scope of work.

Skills and requirements:

• Thorough understanding of electrical construction, contracts, and terminology.

• Able to use software like Procore, Microsoft Project and Blue Beam

• Ability to self-sufficiently price up change orders and work with project schedules

Compensation: $91,000-128,000k plus bonuses
