Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Stockton, CA

Are you a seasoned, commercial construction Project Manager looking for a stellar, new opportunity? This role as Project Manager will oversee construction projects from conception to completion and manage each step of the process. They will work closely with the Operations Team and Development Team to ensure quality completion of projects underway. This may be the perfect role for you!

Project Manager’s Top responsibilities:

Utilization of Project Management System (Procore) to manage and control project documentation and cost controls
Supervise and monitor the preparation of related documentation including RFI logs, submittal logs, testing and inspection reports, safety and inspection reports, change order logs, and other related reports
Consistent communication with necessary parties including the operations team, development team, project supervisor, project assistants, and clients.

Project Manager’s Skills and requirements:

5 years experience as a Project Manager in a commercial construction setting
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management
Proficiency in various software's and systems including Microsoft, Adobe, and Procore

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation:

$90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience
