Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support the planning and execution of consumer-facing promotional materials.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Brand Experience Operations Manager, supporting Point-of-Sale (POS) operations.
• Manage inventory processes through fulfillment vendors, including tracking, variance adjustments, and reporting.
• Assist with monthly financial tasks, including building reports and form submissions.
• Coordinate and maintain assets on company intranet systems, working with outside vendors and creative agencies as needed.
• Enter and manage purchase orders through the SAP system.
• Partner with the manager to create and maintain historical POS reporting to share with cross-functional partners.
• Support other marketing activation or new business development projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience in marketing, promotions, creative agency, or a combination thereof.
• Project management experience with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Robust oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with expertise in Excel strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in CPG or Alcohol & Beverage industries is a plus.
