Production - Assembly Worker
Santa Rosa, CA
Long-term Temporary Position

We’re hiring Production-Assembly Workers for a leading pharmaceutical company right here in Santa Rosa! If you’re dependable, team-oriented, and looking for stable work, we want to hear from you.

Shifts Available:
We have 3 shifts to fit your schedule:

  • Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM | $16.50/hr
  • Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $16.50/hr
  • Graveyard Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $17.50/hr
You’re Good At:
  • Working well in a team-oriented environment
  • Staying on pace with line speeds and quality standards
  • Following safety rules and using equipment properly
  • Wearing proper PPE and keeping your area clean
  • Letting your lead or supervisor know if something isn’t right
  • Assembling parts, operating machines, and performing quality control
  • Being flexible – other duties may come up!
  • Previous assembly or production experience (not required, but a plus!)
