Machine Operator – Swing Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Overtime when available) 
 

About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to safely and efficiently pack products for shipment and distribution. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean production machinery, including oiling, loading components, and performing product changeovers.

• Monitor product quality through frequent checks and maintain accurate activity logs.

• Identify and resolve minor machine issues quickly and safely.

• Replace defective materials, clean machines, and ensure a safe and organized workspace.

• Rotate between workstations and assist in operating case-packing machines.

• Train or support other operators as needed.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic math skills and ability to use real-time information systems.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly and stand, bend, and squat throughout the shift.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ year of production or manufacturing experience.

• Experience using RedZone software (a plus!).
