Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Pay: $19.00 /hr
Schedule: 7:30am to 4pm

Star Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate with forklift experience to support daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, inventory experience, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, move, and stage materials
- Assist with shipping and receiving raw materials and finished goods
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory organization
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Label, scan, and properly store products
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant warehouse
- Support other warehouse and production tasks as needed
- Forklift experience required (certification a plus)
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
