Production Associates- Sacramento
Job Summary:
Star Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced production environment. Associates will assist with moving and stacking product while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Mon-Fri
7am-4pm with overtime as needed
$18.00-$19.00hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Repetitively lift up to 54 lbs throughout the shift
- Transfer filled buckets from the pump area to pallets
- Stack buckets of coating three high on pallets
- Repeat the process until pallets are full and ready for shipment
- Prepare completed pallets to be moved to the shipping area
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Assist with other general production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 54 lbs required
- Previous production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a physically demanding role
- Strong attention to safety and teamwork
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
