Press Machine Operator-Wine Harvest
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Press operator. Ideal candidates has a positive attitude and the ability to work with a team will benefit most in this role.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (overtime as needed)
Shift: 6:30am-3:30pm
Pay: $20.00-$22.00hr
What to Expect:
Working the press, inspecting incoming grape trucks, documenting any moldy grapes, foreign objects, etc. and relaying with office staff any negative findings upon inspection of grapes, standing for long periods of time, raking out last bit of grapes from trailers into press conveyor, dumping rice hulls to grapes in conveyor, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous press operator experience
- Cellar worker experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work in a team setting
Extra awesome:
- Team player
- Able to be exposed to outdoor weather including hot and cold, dust, and pollen.
