Prep Cook – Napa, CA
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Friday to Tuesday 8:30am to 5:00 pm
Requirements: Valid Food Handler’s Card

We are seeking a reliable Prep Cook to join a culinary team in Napa. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting chefs with daily food prep, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and following all food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for recipes

• Assist with cooking and plating as directed by chefs

• Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, utensils, and equipment

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
  
  Plus if you have sous chef ecperience

• Must have a valid Food Handler’s Card

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
