Prep Cook – Napa, CA
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Friday to Tuesday 8:30am to 5:00 pm
Requirements: Valid Food Handler’s Card
We are seeking a reliable Prep Cook to join a culinary team in Napa. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting chefs with daily food prep, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and following all food safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities:

Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for recipes

Assist with cooking and plating as directed by chefs

Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, utensils, and equipment

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
Plus if you have sous chef ecperience -
Must have a valid Food Handler’s Card

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Strong teamwork and communication skills
