Star Staffing is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.
Monday - Friday
$18.00-$20.00hr DOE
We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) friendly, outgoing, and proactive individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
This role is key to creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors while supporting the office with a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes initiative, communicates with ease, and is eager to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
•   Answer a high volume of incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
•   Greet and assist walk-in visitors with professionalism and a warm, welcoming attitude.
•   Support the Office Manager with organizational, administrative, and communication tasks.
•   Deliver excellent customer service through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
•   Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
•   Respond promptly and effectively to internal and external inquiries.
•   Maintain the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting.
•   Perform accurate data entry and ensure proper documentation practices.
•   Help maintain efficient filing systems and assist in improving administrative processes.
•   Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
•   Take ownership of new tasks and seek opportunities to contribute beyond daily responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For:
•   Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist or customer service representative in an office setting.
•   A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and willingness to go the extra mile.
•   Friendly, upbeat personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
•   Strong multitasking and time management abilities with attention to detail.
•   Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•   Must be willing to submit to a background check
