We’re hiring Packaging Workers to join a busy creamery in Rohnert Park. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment, with temp to hire potential.
Compensation: $18.31/hour (increase to $20.00/hour upon conversion)
Location: Rohnert Park, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, start time at 4:30 AM or 5:00 AM overtime as needed
Additional: Some Saturdays, flexibility to work weekends is preferred

What you will be doing:
- Packaging dairy products on a production line
- Labeling, sealing, and preparing products for shipment
- Performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Keeping work areas clean and following food safety guidelines
- Supporting team with production needs and changeovers
- Experience in production, packaging, or food manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts and overtime as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
